RP80DPW – Russia Pobeda(Victory) 80 Dmitrov Peremilovskaya Wysota(Hill) is a special amateur radio station call sign of the "Victory–80" memorial, dedicated to the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War who defended the northern approaches to Moscow.

Peremilovskaya Hill. This is where the Soviet counteroffensive began in December 1941. To the Victory anniversary, a special award was issued for QSO/SWL with RP80 radio stations and amateur radio stations of the Dmitrov Municipal District (Moscow region). A commemorative QSL card has also been issued.
